Tuesday, June 4

After months of nearly crippling anxiety and depression, I finally went out today. (P.S. No surgery was needed on my arm, thank goodness! I’m in physical therapy and have pretty good range of motion.)

But first, I went to my local running store and got new shoes. I ended up with Mizuno Wave Rider 22.

2019-06-04 19.12.58I tried the new Hoka One One shoes that were really cushiony (I can’t remember the name of the shoes), but I didn’t like the way the insert rubbed against my foot.

I went out 6.40 p.m. It was cloudy and 68°F. with a humidity of 41 percent, a dew point of 42°F, and winds W at 1 mph.
