So today I learned about the website MapMyWalk. I guess there’s a sister site too called MapMyRun. My mother showed it to me on her iPhone (unfortunately, my husband and I cannot afford smartphones). It’s very nice–in the “old days,” I would just drive the car around on my route and figure the mileage that way!
So–on this sunny and windy day I walked for 8 minutes, then alternated four 2.5 minute run/jogs with 1.5 minutes of walking. Then I walked home for 10.5 minutes for a total of 33 minutes.
Run/jog time: 10 minutes
Walk time: 23 minutes
