Thanks to Move Eat Create for this post about hip exercises. I tried them out today for the first time! I hope they help–some mornings I feel like the tin man arising from the bed!


Today I repeated the same routine, except I ran a different route than yesterday. I walked for 7.5 minutes, ran for 7.5 minutes, walked for 2.5 minutes, ran for 7.5 minutes, then walked home for a total of 31 minutes.

Run time: 15 minutes

Walk time: 16 minutes
