I was so tired yesterday that I decided to take the day off. So today I increased my runs to 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
I began walking for 7.5 minutes, then ran for 7.5 minutes, walked for 3 minutes, ran for 3.5 minutes, then walked home for a total of 30.5 minutes.
Run time: 15 minutes
Walk time: 15.5 minutes
My lovely husband had a bath prepared for me when I came home, so hopefully that will take care of any aches and pains!
