My friend and I went walking in Vassar Farms for about an hour. Apparently, there’s an art exhibit being installed. Here’s one of the exhibits.

I went out around 1.15 p.m. It was partly cloudy and 85°F, with a humidity of 64 percent, a dew point of 71°F, a heat index of 91°F, and winds S at 8 mph. To be honest, it didn’t feel that hot to me.
I walked for 4 minutes,
ran for 10 minutes,
then walked home for a total of 15 minutes.
Run time: 10 minutes
Walk time: 5 minutes
