Today I went out around 3.10 p.m. It was mostly sunny and 42°F, with a humidity of 36 percent, a dew point of 17°F, and winds W at 7 mph (wind chill of 37°F).

I walked for 2 minutes,
ran for 5 minutes, walked for 1 minute,
ran for 5 minutes, walked for 1 minute,
ran for 5 minutes, walked for 1 minute,
ran for 5 minutes, walked for 1 minute,
ran for 6 minutes,
then walked home for a total of 33 minutes.

Run time: 26 minutes

Walk time: 7 minutes

Doing this seems to reduce the strain on my groin, and I am able to have better, longer workouts the rest of the week!
