I walked with my friend, and we walked for at least an hour. Then I forgot to stretch, because Friday I felt like I had shin splints!
Saturday, June 4
I went out around 6.45 p.m. It was cloudy and 80°F, with a humidity of 61 percent, a dew point of 61°F, and a heat index of 81°F.
I walked for 2 minutes;
ran for 20 minutes;
then walked home for a total of 23 minutes.
Run time: 20 minutes
Walk time: 3 minutes
I’m most proud that I was able to run for such a long stretch without stopping! I do want to do a long run, but I’ll probably be stopping to walk intermittently during the run.
