Hi!

I did go walking with my friend yesterday. We walked for 3.7 miles.

Today I went on the treadmill again.

I walked for 4 minutes;
ran for 4.5 minutes; walked for 1 minute;
ran for 4.5 minutes; walked for 1 minute;
ran for 4.5 minutes; walked for 1 minute;
ran for 4.5 minutes;
then walked for a total of 30 minutes.

Run time: 18 minutes

Walk time: 12 minutes

I’m hoping to go out on the road soon.

My thanks to Reddit for introducing me to Coach Jay’s Myrtl Routine, which strengthens the hips. I’ve been doing some of the exercises to keep up my hip strength!
