I went out around 2.25 p.m. It was sunny and 49°F with a humidity of 59 percent and a dew point of 36°F.
I walked for 2 minutes;
ran for 28 minutes;
then walked home for a total of 33 minutes.

I tried putting one of those Ace bandages on my foot to see if it would help, and I ended up stopping midway through my run to take it off! It seems like working on my posture and running form helps the best.
I haven’t made this (yet!), but I found a recipe for a Cranberry & Rosemary White Christmas Sangria that looks divine!
