I walked for 2 minutes;
ran for 12 minutes;
(ran fast for 1 minute, ran slow for 2 minutes) 4 times;
ran fast for 1 minute;
ran slow up to minute 32;
then walked home for a total of 35 minutes.
Run time: 30 minutes
Walk time: 5 minutes
Intervals: 5 one-minute intervals with 2 minutes “rest” running in between.
