Upon the advice of a friend, I decided to do some intervals today.
I went out around 3.40 p.m. It was sunny and 69°F.
I walked for about 4 minutes,
ran slowly up to 12 minutes and 30 seconds,
(ran fast for 30 seconds, then ran slow for 3 minutes) 5 times,
ran fast for 30 seconds,
then ran and walked home for a total of 38 minutes.
It’s not a lot, but it’s a beginning! Tomorrow I hope to go kayaking.
