I went running around 4 p.m. It was sunny and 60°F, with a humidity of 49 percent and a dew point of 41°F.
I walked for 2 minutes,
ran for 40 minutes,
then walked back for a total of 44 minutes.
Run time: 40 minutes
Walk time: 4 minutes
I don’t know if it’s because of the shortening days, but ever since I hit 40 minutes for running, it’s been harder to get motivated to go running. I’m thinking I should mix up the mileage so that some days I have short runs and other days I have longer runs. I’m just getting frustrated with myself!
