I went running around 6 p.m. It was overcast and 78°F, with a humidity of 67 percent, a dew point of 65°F, and a heat index of 78°F.

I walked for 3 minutes;
(ran for 2 minutes; walked for 1 minute) 10 times;
ran for 6 minutes;
then walked home for a total of 42 minutes.

Run time: 26 minutes

Walk time: 16 minutes

I concentrated on my posture today, which seemed to help minimize the pain in my feet. I read an article from Trail Runner magazine which helped.
