Sunday, November 30

Yesterday I had a migraine, so I didn’t go out running. Today it’s really crappy out (sorry to use that word). It’s cloudy and above freezing, so everything is melting. The snow doesn’t even look pretty anymore, as it’s very dirty. Also, it was like exercising on a steeplechase route, as there were limbs down (some blocking the sidewalk) with some unshoveled sidewalks as well.

I went out around 2.20 p.m. It’s 43 degrees F, cloudy, with a dewpoint of 36 degrees F and a humidity of 76%.

I walked for 10 minutes;
ran for 1.75 minutes; walked for 2.25 minutes;
ran for 1.75 minutes; walked for 2.25 minutes;
ran for 2 minutes; walked for 2 minutes;
ran for 2 minutes;
then walked home for a total of 32.5 minutes.

Run time: 7.5 minutes

Walk time: 25 minutes

The 2 minute running was a fluke. I was chugging along and noticed I had gone 2 minutes instead of 1.75 minutes. Same for the second time around!
