I wasn’t feeling well the latter half of last week, which bummed me out because I really wanted to run in the warm rain yesterday (it was 60 degrees F here).
Today I walked for 5 minutes; ran for 9 minutes; walked for 3 minutes; ran for 9 minutes; then walked home for a total of 30.5 minutes.
Run time: 18 minutes
Walk time: 12.5 minutes
I went a different, hillier route (which is one of two routes I use during the summer) and I really enjoyed it. Might be going back there again soon!
