I woke up early again and did my same routine–8 minutes of walking, 7 minutes of running, 3 minutes of walking, 7 minutes of running, then walked home for a total of 31 minutes

Note: I actually ran a little more than 7 minutes, but we’re talking seconds here.

Run time: 14 minutes

Walk time: 17 minutes

Hopefully I’ll be able to increase a little bit this week (again, in seconds! Not minutes! LOL).
