Good run tonight! I increased all runs to 4.5 minutes, because I’m taking tomorrow off. So I walked for 7 minutes, then did 3 sets of (4.5 minutes of running, 1 minute of walking), then did a 4.5 minute run, and finished with walking for a total of 33 minutes.

Run/jog time: 18 minutes

Walk time: 15 minutes
