Silly me! I forgot to post about yesterday’s run!

It’s the usual:

8 minutes – walking
3 minutes 45 seconds – run
1 minute – walk
3 minutes 45 seconds – run
1 minute – walk
3 minutes 45 seconds – run
1 minute – walk
3 minutes 45 seconds – run

Walked home for a total of 32 minutes.

Run/jog time: 15 minutes

Walk time: 17 minuets

I’m still trying to run through my slight injuries. I’ve been stretching throughout the day, and icing afterward. Nothing really hurts while I’m exercising; just before or afterward.
