After 2 days off, I exercised last night around 7.15 pm or so (it’s sweltering hot here, but at that time my route is mostly in the shade). Fortunately I had just picked up the current issue of Runner’s World, which has a nice article on hydration.
I decided to take it easy and go with the current plan: 8 minutes walking, then (3 minutes running / 1 minute walking) 3 times, ending with one more 3 minute run, then walked home for a total of 29.5 minutes.
Run/jog time: 12 minutes
Walk time: 17.5 minutes
