I’m beginning to feel a little monotonous here, but I went walking and running again. This time, I walked for 9 minutes; then alternated 2 minutes of running (4x) with 1 1/2 minutes of walking (3x); and ended with 10 minutes of walking. So, I’m up to Week 2 now! It’s rather warm here, though I’m not complaining, as we’ve had a rather cool spring! I’m really looking forward to some good weather!
