Woohoo! Another day of exercising! 30+ minutes total: 9 minutes of walking, 3 minute sessions of 2 mins running/1.5 mins walking, and 1 session of 1.5 mins running. Then 9 minutes home. I did jog a little more slowly as I was in my “rainy day” (older) running shoes which don’t have the bounce of my regular shoes.
