Thank goodness it’s Friday!

After an extra long commute home, I told my husband I was going out exercising straight away. I walked for 9 minutes 30 seconds, ran/jogged for 2 minutes, walked for 1.5 minutes, ran/jogged for 1.5 minutes, walked for 1.5 minutes, ran/jogged for 1.5 minutes, walked for 2.5 minutes (I stopped to give directions to a lost family), ran/jogged for 2 minutes, then walked home. I feel so much better!
