So, I happened to review my book today thinking it was time for Week 2, when lo and behold! Silly me! I made a mistake. The first week you’re supposed to increase your 1 minute run to 1 minute 30 seconds (or 2 minutes). So this is “Week 1.5”! Today I walked for 10 minutes, ran for 1 min 30 secs, walked for 1 min 30 secs, and continued until minute 20 and 30 seconds. Then I walked all the way home.
